Limited Warranty. Every GLOWMASK Mask is warranted against manufacturing defects. To use our standard warranty process, report a defect within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof, as described in our Refund Policy. A confirmed manufacturing defect is remedied by free replacement or full refund. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water exposure, unauthorized repair, or normal wear.
This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the legal warranty you are granted by law (Quebec Consumer Protection Act and provincial Sale of Goods legislation), which may provide protection for a longer period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
