What we collect. When you browse or purchase, we collect: order information (name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, and payment confirmation — we never see or store your full card number; payments are processed securely by our payment providers) and technical information (browser, IP address, pages viewed, cookies) used to run and improve the store.

How we use it. To fulfil orders (payment, shipping, confirmations, tracking), provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. We use analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta pixel and similar tools) to measure and improve our marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email.

Who we share it with. Only service providers who help us operate: Shopify (hosting), payment processors, and our shipping/fulfilment partner (your name and address are shared solely to deliver your order), plus analytics/advertising platforms. We never sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside Quebec/Canada; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

Your rights. Under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. EU/UK visitors have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

Data retention. Order records are kept as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Other personal data is deleted on request.

Changes. We may update this policy; the current version is always shown on this page.
