Overview. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product nature. GLOWMASK devices are cosmetic wellness devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on this site concern the appearance of skin and hair only and have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA or any equivalent authority. Individual results vary. If you are pregnant, have a skin, scalp or eye condition, epilepsy, or take photosensitizing medication, consult a physician before use.

Prices & currency. Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your region: Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada, euros (EUR) in Europe, pounds sterling (GBP) in the United Kingdom, and US dollars (USD) in the United States and in the rest of the world. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged. Any conversion fee applied by your bank or card issuer is outside our control.

Promotions. Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment was already taken.

Orders & payment. By ordering you confirm your information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping & returns. Delivery timelines, our 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK customers, and our defect-based refund process are set out in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and the mandatory consumer rules of the EU and the UK.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
